So I just got hired with REMAX...Im a new real estate agent passed my exams with good marks..?

this is a whole new career for me, i am very new but it has always interested me...so what can I expect??? what is it liek being a new realtor??? in canada...more towards the Alberta area.

1. This should actually be the FIRST thing that your broker TEACHES you. If they do not have a FORMAL training program (and following an agent around is NOT!!! formal training), then you have picked the wrong broker at this stage. Usually REMAX is a great company. However, they usually are poor trainers. They hire experienced agents, so training isn't that important to them.
