Is this Bid competitive?

Offer the following conditions as a candidate public servant for a legislative body: 1. You work out of your home within your district. No need to go to D.C. or the state capital. 2. Not viewed as a lucrative job; just part time to the will of the people. Perform your duties voluntarily, without a formal salary, and without pension. You could accept up to $10/month donation per adult constituent with full disclosure. Note: all lobbyists/special interest members would have to formally reside within your district and follow the same rules. 3. Have no agenda except to do the will (constitutionally valid bills) of the majority of active constituents within your district. Those constituents opting to not participate have no standing in all matters. 4. Everybody (constituents/servant) uses state of the art communications technology (including websites) to achieve all of the above in a fully transparent manner. Constituents must register using their drivers license. Secure, validated electronic voting is already standard in D.C. 5. If one candidate in your district uses this template as their platform, would you support/vote for this patriot regardless of party affiliation? 6. Using this model, can undue influence from corporate, lobbyists, and special interests groups be severely limited to ineffective?
