Is it still cool to wear waist belts outside jackets and tops?

I like this look,the Feel around the waist and the attention when people are looking at the belt, specially if i wear a wide belt and its tight. Do u like this,do u wear them,and what do u like about them? Please describe the belts u wear.

1. Do I like this? No, I can't really think of a time wear I saw a girl and thought it looked good. That being said a lot of people do like the way this looks. 2. Yes. I like belts but I never use belts so much.
3. ofcourse its still cool, some new summer stuff have cardigans and a top and belt as 3 in 1 look attatched together, i think it looks nice. but i wouldn't do that coz ive gt a big bum and feel it would just make it stick out more lol. the skinny belts are in fashion arent they.
