Can You Find Out More About This Doll?

Hello! My Aunt and I found a beautiful porcelain doll at an antique mall. She is in a lacy wedding dress with a hat that has the lace veil attached. She has curly blond chest length hair with green eyes and red lipstick. On her dress is pink ribbon and roses. She says Ashley Belle 97-18003 on the back of her neck. We cannot find her and would like to know if anyone can help us find out more or find what she is called. Thank you for your help!
