Hi, Can anyone help us with hard money loan or private investor loan?
My husband and I are currently in foreclosure with an auction date set for this week. We need $10,000.00 to save our home, this include past payments and attorney fees. Due to me having surgery and my husband being in a wreck along with other past obstacles with are now faced with losing our home. We have tried to get refinanced but to no avail. Yes we have the poorest of credit rating but we are constantly praying that some how and some way God will touch someone to help us. If someone would be willing to help us, we would show our appreciation and gratitude by making payments on time. We are honest people who praise God from whom all blessings flow and are not trying to scam anyone. Thanks in advance for your help!!

- I can't help with any money but lenders are not really wanting to forclose right now unless they just have no choice. You also told them you would have them paid on time and things happened and you couldn't. You need to try one last time to make a deal with the lender you already have. Sell everything you can and get as much money together as possible. Have a garage/ yard sale. If you were both able to work would you be able to pay all your bills? Do you have any recource to get money from the accidents? You can borrow against a settlement, I think Peachtree offers something there too. You might have to bite the bullet and go smaller and cheaper and work your way back up. It happens to the best of us. I don't know how far behind you are but 10,000 is alot to be behind. Even with the fees, maybe your payment is just too much for your life right now. I hope it works out for you.
