where is my money which has been taken by Yahoo real estate agent?

I sen my money to yahoo real estate agent in London to rent a flat according their rental department and I waited tow weeks then I didint get any keys so I asked them to send back my money and they didnt do that also . Help me pleas

2. Yahoo does not have any real estate agents, they are not a real estate company at all. There is no rental department. Your money is gone, you fell for some scam.
