Where can I find some good up to date and accurate real estate listings?

So far I've been running into a lot of crappy outdated lists, so please none of those. I'd prefer that they provide nationwide state by state listing particularly for pre-foreclosure, etc.. Thanks.

  1. hey if you want a free online realtor, go to www.hiddenrealtor.webs.com it is 100% free
  2. You may also have luck contacting a real estate agent in the area that you are searching in. Their commission is typically paid by the seller, so if you are looking for pre-foreclosure/short sales, they may be willing to work with you for free. Happy hunting.
  3. my best source has been trulia.com. -go to their site & search for your preferences..please go further... -when your search results display, view "refine your search" & choose "foreclosures." so, you can see both reg'l & 4closures trulia can also auto email you, if you like. they seem to be the quickest in posting listings. and it is free
  4. there are tons of sites that have freelistings, on all types of property zillow trulia realtor.com for offices http://www.officespaceheaven.com
  5. Fletcher, here's a link to the real estate section of handyman site that offers resources on house buying, which includes foreclosure resources, as I recall: http://yourhandymanzone.com/Your_Handyman_Zone_How_To_Pages_Real_Estate_Zone_Buying_Your_House.htm Hope this helps! . Source(s): The Internet. Just whatever is available online and what I have on my mind, including the inclusion of relevant sites, like the one cited that came about from my efforts, which is intended to be useful. Helping people get the relevant info they want is great.
  6. Yes looking for good real estate deal is not an easy task. there are number of things to consider like the unsuitable areas, city plans, development trends, potential growth, and get familiar with the local real estate values. Get some points in the tax lien or tax deed investing team
  7. Realtor.com But, if you are serious about buying, find a real estate agent that you like to work with, and have them hunt for you. Their services will probably be at no cost to you.
