My mothers home was under fourclouser there was no will 4 hiers if so quit claim deed professiional lied?

or tricked us .He was going to pay taxes off on mothers house he somehow messed up on paper work city treasurer would not except his papre work.mothers house went up for sale another man bid at an auction and won the bid.My mothers house has been pending in court ouit claimer sued city treasuer At this time no one has rights for thehouse .Why wern't any 4 of us asked our opipion?Did we have rights even without a will being made?

1. Depending upon the state, you may still be able to reimburse the purchaser for the taxes and get the home back... I think in Michigan you have 12 months (plus you have to reimburse any expenses put into the home).
