how can i tell if the phone on ebay im bidding on is fake?

there is a blackberry bold on ebay that im bidding on, the bid is pretty low and only 1 bidder has bid besides me, the seller doesn't list the service provider. he/she also doesn't say to much about the item only that it comes with headset, charger, battery, usb cable. i would also like to know what store floor item means because the person lists that it may be one in the description. thank you for your answers much appreciated.

1. I think 'store floor' means it was on display in the store, possibly. And you're gonna have to take a risk on this one. If you end up winning on the bid thing, you will have them send you the item and you will be able to write up a report on ebay if it is fake
2. you cant- thats why i never buy anything online.
3. On something like that, you should buy either from a top-rated seller or one with 100% rating. Any questions you have, direct them to seller before you bid.
