I know somone who is a remax real estate agent?

I know somone who is a real estate agent for remax, he has taken his final exam 2 times. This last time he failed by 1 point, So now he has to pay another 500 to take the exam again. Is there any way around this, It seems very expensive for a test. He has been working with the company for 2 years now. and he lives in canada. Has anyone gone through this... any advice I can pass onto him would be great thanks :)

  1. There is no exception to passing the exam. The exam is the BARE MINIMUM to be in the industry. Also, why is he taking the test again? If you're already an agent, the only reason you'd have to take the exam again is if your license has expired. I think your friend is misinforming you (unless this is a Remax only exam which I've never heard of). What he needs to do is simply pass the exam. No way around it. If you don't past your licensing exam, you aren't a real estate agent.
  2. Tell him to give it up. This is not the business for him. The rest is remarkably simple, most children could easily pass it, if he is not passing it now he is in the wrong profession.
