Can you wear a leather belt with mens shorts?

I am planing on wearing a wide leather belt with white and blue (mostly white) shorts, or maybe dark blue/navy shorts and wondering if the belt with look good with either of those shorts. Thanks

1. if it looks good well YES !!!
2. So long as the belt is black or brown and make of real leather, it's okay. Don't wear white belts unless you are in a marching band or drive an ice cream truck. And don't wear those stupid fabric belts unless you're in the military. Real men wear leather belts.
