How NOT to put the auction bidding on ebay?

I want to know how can you NOT put the auction bidding on ebay when you are trying to sell an item? I don't want people to be on certain items, I would like to just put the Buy It Now option but I do not know how. I know it is possible because I've bought items that doesn't have the auction bidding option, they just have the Buy It Now option. Please can anyone help?? Thanks in advance.

1. When you create a listing for your item, you can choose to offer an auction listing with a "Buy It Now" option, OR you can set to only offer your item for the fixed "Buy It Now" price. If you opt to sell your item at a fixed price, there are certain requirements set forth by Ebay that you must meet. Below is the link to eBay's policy on listing at fixed price. Hope this helps. :)
