How many seat belts does a 2001 Chrysler Sebring Convertible have?

From the pictures I've found online, it looks like it has 4 seats, but ever review says that it has 5 seats. My concern is that one of the seats wouldn't have a seat belt. So how many seat belts does a 2001 Chrysler Sebring Convertible have?
