Belt Auction

To auction or not to auction your house? That is the question.?

After our mom's death, we children are not sure what to do with the house. We all live far away. We don't have time to go through all the things in the house. From what I understand, the auctioneers will go through the things in the house, sort it and sell the stuff. But what to do with the house. I don't think we want the trouble of renting. Any ideas?
