Where and how can i find local car auctions in Phoenix Arizona?

I am looking for local credible car auctions and i have already tried to google it, all it comes up with is online auctions and i DO NOT want to go through an online auction.

1. The major auctions where dealers buy like Manheim Auctions require a dealers license and are not open to the general public. You will have to find the smaller auctions that are used by the banks and police impound lots and they usually advertise in the local used car papers like the pennysaver or autotrader.
