Where might I sell a complete doll's house at auction in the UK?

Other than eBay (so please don't suggest it). Do you know if there is a market for moderns dolls houses, which are semi-complete or complete with many dozens of accessories? It's a very large house and hundreds of pounds has been spent building it over several years. It has been left to me by my late grandmother who wanted one from being a little girl and finally started to build one in her late 70's or early 80's. My grandmother requested that I have the dolls house but sadly, I live in a small flat and there is absolutely nowhere I could possible keep it so regretably, I have to sell. It was not of great sentimental value to her. Do you know if there is an auctioneers or specialist in the UK who may be able to value it or advise me? If you know of anywhere at all any info would be gratefully received. The doll's house is located in the Doncaster area specifically.

1. Contact 2 or 3 local auction auction house and ask for advice. A reputable house will send you to a specialist if it is not their sort of thing.
