Shill Bidding - Consequences?

Got caught by ebay for shill bidding. Only on 2 low value (less than $100 items) what happens now? Will the police be involved?

1. No, probably eBay will suspend some of your account privileges for some time and you will have to take a test on selling practices.
2. You will be suspended from e-bay and be careful on yahoo answers because you can be suspended for point gaming, an egregious offense like shill bidding.
