Does this sound like a fraud.?

I have to let you know that i listed all over US because shipping is included in the price.The atvs are at Google Checkout shipping center in Orlando, FL and from there they will be shipped to my buyer's address. The atvs was listed for sale in an auction on Google Checkout but I have removed the add because of some 'serious' buyers . They promised they will buy the atvs from me but they proved not to have the money to pay for it .I have registered the atvs with Google Checkout Vehicle Protection Program and they work only with das auto shippers, so a local pick-up is not an option.This transaction is covered by Google Checkout purchase protection program up to $50,000 and if something goes wrong in this transaction you will be fully refunded. In the invoice you will have the details on how to make a refundable payment and shipping back the atvs will be my concern. I strongly assure you it will not be the case for a refund. I have used the Google Checkout Vehicle Purchase Protection in the past and all my transaction ended successfully. You pay to Google Checkout and they will transfer the funds to me only after you get the atvs. The financial part of our transaction is going through Google Checkout Purchase Protection Program and here are the steps: - I need your full name, shipping address and phone#; - I will forward this information to Google Checkout purchase protection department and they will start our transaction; - Google Checkout sends you the invoice with payment details for our transaction; - after they secure the payment, they will notify me and I will start shipping. Shipping will take no more than 5 days (2 days to prepare the shipping and 3 days for the shipping depending on your location). - after you receive the atvs you will have another 5 days to inspect them. - when the inspection period ends, Google Checkout contacts you and if there are any issues with the atvs, they will fully refund you within 3 business days and the atvs will be shipped back at my expense. If all is good with the atvs, which I'm sure it will be, they will assist you with the title transfer and release the payment to me. I have listed all over US because shipping is included in the price. I apologize if it seems like I'm pushing on this deal but I really want to be sure that everything is clarified before any further steps. 3. 100% SCAM Google Checkout does NOT have a shipping center, nor do they have a vehicle purchase protection department. Google Checkout does not ship items, and does not allow you a 5 day inspection period THIS is Google Checkout https://checkout.google.com/buyer/tour.html -- it is a payment service for online retailers listed on Google. It does not apply to personal transactions and would never be involved in car sales unless it was a dealer who was a registered Google Merchant and they had a Google Checkout logo next to their name in a Google Search and on their website You are dealing with a scammer who wants to steal your money NOBODY is going to spend $2000 shipping a car priced below market value when they could walk into any local dealer if the car existed And you NEVER buy any car that you cannot see in person, test drive, have a mechanic check out AND verify in person that the seller's license is the same name as on the car title before you pay anything. If you can't do these 4 things you will get scammed and lose your money
