What should you do if bidding becomes crazy on ebay?

I am selling something that should cost $5-10. For several days, the bidding was below $10 then slightly above it. Now it is crazy, like $30. I am afraid the winner will feel cheated. I reviewed my ad and it honestly describes the item in great detail (several paragraphs). What should I do? Just let people pay a crazy amount?
