Emo shoes?????????????

I'm looking to buy emo looking shoes. So i'm guessing it will have to be converse or chucks, or a style like that. Do you think high tops or low tops? And colourful or bland. Because if it's colourful i can wear them with like black clothing, to complete the "emo" look. Any ideas? 1. Go with more of a scene look. All black is like, emo-ish. And hightops or low tops don't matter. Either one would work. Colorful is better x]
2. all black are more emo, and colorful are more scene depending on what you want, and i like low tops better :)
3. Buy different pairs to go with your outfits. But something dark would go well. :)
4. Converse and Vans are a necessity for any emo, girl or boy. And as far as color, it depends on your outfit. And don't isten to people who say emo is all about black. It's not; it's about being in touch with your inner emotions and loving yourself for who you are and expressing yourself. Hoped this helped!(:
