- they usually have a 7 day return policy thing, just contact the seller and tell them you ain happy with the quality
- Report it in the my ebay section, Got to my ebay, scroll down to purchase history. find the item click on more actions, then resolve problem. Good luck!
- as far as i know you can open up a complaints form. if you paid through pay pal you can open a dispute with them to get your money refunded. Also you should try contacting the seller of the item perhaps they will refund you.
- I sell on eBay, so perhaps I can help. eBay is quite against selling fake or knock-off items on their site. If you are certain that it is fake, file an significantly-not-as-described ("SNAD") case against the seller to get a refund. The seller will be given a few days to respond. In this case, the seller really has little choice but to refund. State quite clearly that the reason why you want a refund is because it's a fake Gucci item. When eBay sees this, they will likely take a look at the seller's items and determine if the seller is dealing in fake goods. There's a chance the seller can get into some hot water with eBay. But you also have a 99% chance of getting a refund. eBay may also tell you to NOT return the belt if they determine that it's not authentic. They don't want fake goods getting back to the sellers so they can sell them again. Hope this helps.
