How do I get Yahoo attention to fix SG Yahoo auction problem? Tried feedback but to no avail.?

The problems (eg. items not showing up auction etc) have been there for the longest time and yet despite numerous emails, Yahoo is not taking any action. Why provide a service when you don't have the intention of maintaining it. Disappointed :(

1. Yahoo is going downhill fast. The layoffs affected the auction dept the hardest. Hopefully they will get it back to normal soon.
