What happen to Yahoo Auction Singapore?

Yahoo Auction Singapore have been down for months and yet there are not fix for the sys to work. Who must I escalate this in Yahoo?

1. It is sooo pissing me off! I have been an active user for years and they don;t even seem to have the decency to give us an explaination or start a new site! I called their Yahoo office in Singapore and a very unfeeling receptionist said there was nothing they could do and it was being looked into and that a few people have called so they're aware of the issue. A few people? I say we all flood their lines, maybe then we'll get some attention!
2. They seem to be shutting it down and have not told anyone , contact yahoo customer service directly with your e-mail /
3. I am very frustrated that Yahoo does not bother to rectify the website. It is good if more people can email Yahoo to lodge the complaint.
