Yahoo Auction site How do you get a seller to deliver what you paid for using paypal?

The seller is registered with PayPal, excepted payment, said they shipped the item, but will not provide a tracking #.

1. How long ago did the seller say they shipped the item? If it has been more than 10 days, you can file a complaint with paypal stating that your item was not received. If they shipped it first class or parcel post, check the USPS website to see delivery times from the sellers zip to yours. If the times quoted by the USPS have long since passed, then go ahead and email the seller and let them know that your item has not arrived. If the seller does not respond, go ahead and file your yahoo and paypal complaints.
