what do i do if i won a auction off of yahoo auctions and the person has not sent the stuff but its payed for?

i won a auction and payed for it already but its been a month and a half now and the other person has not sent the merchandice.he asked for a check to be sent through the mail so i did,but there is still no merchandice and its been over a month.what can i do if anything to get my money back or get what i won???please help me.

1. E-Mail and call the seller to see if there's a problem. If you can't get a hold of them or if they aren't helpful, then I'm sure Yahoo Auctions has a complaint center where you can report an item as unreceived and they'll work to resolve it for you.
