How do I correct a bad buyer rating from Yahoo Auction? I have complete documentation to prove my case.?

The seller rebutted my claims with false information. I have all of his correspondence and copies of web site information to prove my case. I can also include a picture of the item sent to me with data that can verify that the item was not as described on the auction site. Since this was a USA transaction, it may not be feasible to persue this if Yahoo Auction is going out of business in the USA. Please advise me what my options are. Sincerely, Eugene Saxby
