I am having trouble filing a Yahoo auction complaint. How can I fix this?

I was trying to file a complaint on a auction that I won but I cant file a complain because the form doesnt come up. It take me to the Yahoo auction homepage instead

1. all auction sites usually have a contact you can click on. try the homepage to get through to who you need to contact since it is on the yahoo domain.
2. try again in a few hours. by then the link should have been fixed.
