i live in the US.Can i sign up to become a member of yahoo japan auction?

If i can how can i change the log in text from japanese to english so i can sign up ?

1. I checked their guidelines http://docs.yahoo.co.jp/docs/info/terms/ and there is no restriction for signing up from overseas. However, you do need a Yahoo!Japan ID. I have not seen anywhere where you can change the language in Japan.
