2. hey angelique hhmm. you can chat w/ me through yahoo messenger Rox_xanne never email me. i dont check it. so if you still have any questions just ask me.. pimples are caused by alot of stuff like not enough sleep stress make up pollution (espcially w/ oily face) bangs iritates the skin scrubbing (never use exfoliators) wrong curing stuffs (facial wash..etc) or something that your body needs that you lack food could be a reason too "you are what you eat" chocolates, peanuts, fried food, something thats oily.. proactive is a continous use if you stop using it, pimples will grow maybe when spots are starting to grow you did something to your face or you did something new fiber cleanses the toxins your body, its good for your skin drink lots of water too and have enough sleep everyday staying late at nights then sleeping all day the other day doesn't work you should have a good nights sleep everyday anyway i have acne for the past two years thank God its starting to clear up acne could last to 2-10 years dont put too much trust on me everyones skin is different you really need a permanent dermatologist so they could focus on your skin and study it dont just conclude stuff this is acne your talking about. :)) i hope i helped -->roxanne♥
