What can I download to read Japanese script on a website?

(ie: yahoo auctions japan) I have windows xp. I don't have office so I couldn't download the global ime from microsoft. Any other suggestions? *Thanks

1. Do a search for Japanese font. There used to be a download or feature on google, i think, where you could right-click and translate a page to English.
