how to resolve the verification problem for resiter the auction of yahoo?

Yestoday and today ,i tried serveral time to fix it ,but failed, When I'm at the 2nd step ( user verification ) and clicking on the continue to verify your user information button bar, I'm for some reason directed to Yahoo.com home page instead of going further with the registration process. Does anyone know what is wrong ?
