Ok . . . so I'm looking at Yahoo! Japan Auctions to buy a phone and came across one. However, I cannot make any sense of the description, even with the help of an internet translator. 2. I do not know about cel phone card but it seems it does not accept a SIM. It's said "This is Softbank 7058H. If your phone is Softbank 3G, you can use USIM card......"
