website keeps logging me off? any help? please?

im a member of crescent-shop. its a site that lets you bid on yahoo japan auctions. all of today i havent been able to login to it. when i first go to the site, it prompts me to input my login and password. there is no option to 'remember me' or save password or anything like that. so im in my page but parts of the page say 'hi guest' and stuff like that, even though the left-hand side says im logged in with my username. if i choose 'profile' or 'auction list' the page drops, and it asks me to input my username and password. any option i choose on the page gives me the same error. and its not with other web pages, just this one. i can login to ebay fine and my email and it doesnt keep asking me to login again. ive already deleted my cookies, and rebooted several times. my security level is set to medium right now. the only thing that changed is i downloaded the new java on my computer. nebody use crescent shop? or know how i can fix this?
