Does anyone know a good site where I can find 2 bed house to renovate gtr mcr/lancs semi rural location?

I am not a property developer. I am private buyer looking to move from busy town to quieter location. I've tried local agents and auctions but no luck.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

2. take a look at the HUD website.
3. Also check with the county land and tax records - forclosures are registered there. There is also the possibility that there isn't a home that meets your criteria available, but one may come up soon. Get a good Realtor in the area you are interested in, sign a Buyer Agency agreement and make sure he or she checks in with you every week or so, even if it is to say nothing yet available.
