Ebay help PLEASE!!!?

OK so I sold this guy on ebay my camera and he won it for 64 dollars. Well anyway we made a mistake and accidentally charged him twice. So I sent the camera to him and he said the details I had on my auction page didn't match up to my camera. I didn't realize this. It was something stupid like I put G5 camera and it wasn't. I thought it was. Anyway I gave him a refund for 64 but didn't realize how it worked and since my back acct is in neg numbers the refund didn't go through. So now he is saying if I dont refund the money by this Tuesday he'll call my local police station and give them my name and I'll be entered in the thief's criminal internet darabase which is really hard to get out of. WTF? I'm a 23 y/o student and lost my job and I just got a new one. I told him this, that I'd get paid in a week and refund it then. It STILL said the by Tuesday comment. I'M NEVER USING EBAY AGAIN! What am I gonna do? Can he actually go to the police? And I be entered into that database? HELP

1. No, there's no database, all he can do is go to small claims court, the judge judy crap you see, and then if you can't settle out of court, you'll have to go to court and he'll br granted his $64. The whole criminal database thing is just him trying to scare you.
2. you posted in the wrong area. but... he doesn't make the date of when you must refund him. i actually believe the only thing he can do is create a dispute with eBay. eBay covers everything. no worries.
3. If you does, they migt just tell him to go through civil court. police will not charge you for a crime, they have better things to do with their lifes. Oh, and keep documentation of you trying to resolve the issue.
4. I don't believe there is such as thing as the criminal internet database... And, I am really sure the POLICE are going to come knocking at your door for $64 or $128 or whatever it was. Did he return the camera? Tell him he is going to have to wait until Tuesday or he can just take you to small claims court. The police aren't going to do sh!t. He is just trying to freak you out.
5. The guy is just trying to scare you. I went to the police once because I sold someone a sweater for $154 and they paid through paypal so I sent them the sweater and then after they got it like 2 weeks later paypal took the funds out of my account because the person used fraudulent funds. so they had my shirt and got their money back so i was both things. i went to the police and they said there wasn't really anything they could do about it b/c we were in different states. So i got screwed
