What is the best way to get a group discount on airfare?

Any tips would be appreciated. 7 adults will be traveling.

1. Call a travel agent and ask for a wholesale rate or group rate. Depends on where you're going. Go on line first and check to see if you're getting the best deal out there.
2. I don't think you'll be able to get a group discount for 7 adults. Usually, they begin to discount for parties of 15+ people.
